Shenyang Jianzhu University (SJZU) is a student-oriented comprehensive university, which give the priority to architecture and civil engineering, It has a sound international English taught education system, which covers university foundation program, bachelor program, master program, doctor program and Chinese language program.
Shenyang Jianzhu University enjoys good reputation, and the English Engineering programs have the International Engineering Accreditation. It has lots of international Partners, for example: the world top 500 universities: University of Michigan, Georgia Institute of Technology,UIC from U.S.; University of Sheffield from UK; UIC, Curtin University from Australia; Kumamoto University from Japan;Politecnico di Milano from Italy, and many other good universities from the world.

B. Apply by your agent.
4. Application materials:
To manage the visa process once the visa application is activated, please submit the following document:
A: Overseas new students:
1. Passport front page, Passport empty page(if the students have been to China before, we also need all the entering into China stamp page and leaving China stamp page on the passport，all the China visa page);
2. The highest level diploma
3. The highest level transcript.
4. Medical check up document(Valid for 6 months)
B: Transfer students.
For the transfer students studying in Chinese universities, we make course equivalence of the students’ credits gained in the host to our university, and the transfer student will continue to study the rest duration of the programs required.
1. Passport front page, all the study visa page, empty page, all the entering into & exiting China stamp page;
2. Transfer letter, no objection letter or withdraw certificate of the current host university;
3. Transcript of the current host university
4. Medical check up document(Valid for 6 months)
5. Registration form of temporary residence for visitors from overseas(In valid duration)
C: Graduate students from other universities in China.
1. Passport front page, all the study visa page, empty page, all the entering into & exiting China stamp page;
2. Graduate certificate of the current host university
3. Transcript of the current host university
4. Medical check up document(Valid for 6 months)
5. Registration form of temporary residence for visitors from overseas(Valid for 6 months)
5. Registration and Management:
A:Register before April 10,2021, register in 2020 Cohort, pay 2020 tuition and the courses missed will be made up in the upcoming years.
B: Register after April 10, 2020, register in 2021 Cohort, pay 2021 tuition and the Chinese language tuition left in 2020 Spring Semester.
6. Teaching form
A: For the students who are in China, study in class courses in campus.
B: For the students who are abroad, take online courses and apply visa to study in campus once the visa application is activated.
7.Tuition and Fees:
A: Tuition: Bachelor(Four years) 15000RMB/year; Master(Two and half years) 18000 RMB/year; Doctoral (Three to five years) 30000 RMB/year
Architecture program tuition:Bachelor(Five years) 18000RMB/year; Master(Three years) 20000 RMB/year; Doctoral (Three to five years) 32000 RMB/year
B: Application fee: 500RMB.
C: Accommodation fee:
Signal room: 11400 RMB/year; Double room: 5700 RMB/year; Three beds room: 3800RMB/year.
D: Insurance: 800 RMB/year
E: Visa fee: 800 RMB/year.
8.Scholarship
A: Study Scholarship
First prize 2000 RMB/year(5% of the program cohort)
Second prize 1000 RMB/year(10% of the program cohort)
Third prize 500 RMB/year(15% of the program cohort)
B.Excellent study achievement scholarship
18000RMB, award the fourth year student with excellent study achievement
C. Further study scholarship
For students who further study in SJZU from the current program, either from degree to Chinese language program, Chinese language program to degree, bachelor to master, master to doctoral,
Waive 10% of the first year tuition.
