1. Fill in the application form online https://sjzu.17gz.org/member/login.do or applied by your program promoter.

For Bachelar Application：
E-version high school diploma;
E-version high school transcript;
E-version of Passport front page, empty page.
For Master Application:
E-version of Bachelor degree(If you study in Chinese universities, the bachelor diploma also needed)
E-version of Bachelor transcript
Two recommodation letters
E-version of front page and empty page of passport;
For PhD. Application:
E-version of Master degree(If you study in Chinese universities, the bachelor diploma also needed)
E-version of Master transcript.

For transfer students:
Besides the above document, you also need to provide the transfer certificate from your host university.
2. After you are accepted by the university, you need to pay 500 RMB application fee to Shenyang Jianzhu University account.
*When you pay the application fee, please clearly write “your name and passport number” as the note in the payment.
3. After your 500RMB application fee payment, please send an email with “Application Number+Name+Application Fee”as the email title and attach the 500 RMB payment invoice to bing24690861@163.com. SJZU will make the JW202 document and admission notice for you after the payment.
4. SJZU will send you JW202 document and admission notice for you to apply visa in Chinese Embassy or consulate in your country, the international mailing for your JW 202 and admission notice will be covered by yourself, which is around 300RMB.
5. Apply the visa and reach Shenyang Jianzhu University(Add:No. 25, Hunan Middle Road, Hunnan District, Shenyang, Liaoning, China)
6. Pay the one year full tuition to Shenyang Jianzhu University Account (same as the application fee account)and leave “name+passport number” as the payment notice. Bring your materials and tuition payment invoice to Bing3-210 of Shenyang Jianzhu University for registering.
7. Bring the registering paper to SJZU hotel A1-117 for residential approval documents

8. Go to PSP for residential permit process.
9. Follow the program timetable for study, and you can get the information from the billboard of International School in Bing 3 building.
10. Each class will have a coordinator to release the message and notice from the university.
